Have you guys had a hard time getting parts from Eduard? I contacted them over a week ago regarding some parts I lost for my 1:48 Fokker DVII kit #8132. Still waiting for a reponse.

I did that and nothing after almost two weeks. They list two contact sites that I have sent emails to. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Whenever I needed parts from Tamiya, Hasegawa and Revell, they have gotten back to me within a day or two.
