I'd like to know which Gunze code(s)are correct to spray my Betty's upper surfaces..

Sorry for the late reply.

Tamiya's original Japanese Navy green is XF-11. The closest Gunze match is H59 IJN Green (gloss) or H36 Dark Green (gloss).
