I am building the recent re-release of Revels huge 1/32 Tornado ECR for a local contest

I am not a normal builder of aircraft models and when I do, I tend to use either decals or color PE for the cockpit panels

This kit has neither, and none are offered, so I was hoping someone here might lend me some advice and techniques for painting the panels and switches in the cockpit.

I would greatly appreciate the assistance
