For all of my fellow aircraft buddies, I broke down and built a THING, a Tank I believe . I'm not sure what it is, but it has tracks and a long barrelled gun sticking out of this shell like looking thingy on it's top. I know, I must have had a mental break down or something. LOL. Anyway, for all you guys who said tryit. I did. Not too bad, kind of enjoyed the break form A/C.

Yes? And where is the evidence?
For all we know you have scratchbuilt a tin can of beans with a drain pipe.

Or something.

Yep, did that to, something like a churchill or stuart. No need to worry about canopies or all those decals....Tracks and wheathering is what I get hung up on..with armor....

I still have that Tamiya M26 Pershing that I need to build. I am planning on saving it until someone makes an interior for it before I start building. :-)

Hmmm. Interesting to see all those references to the 'Dark Side' #:-) ....

Should try it out myself one of these days. Have around 5-6 'trackies' to be made, and waiting in their boxes to see the light of day. lemme see.. what do I have :
1:35 M60A1 Battle tank Academy
1:35 WWII Jagdpanther Academy
1:35 Early Tiger-I tank Academy
1:35 Wirbelwind Academy
1:35 German WWII Afrika Korps Set(Diorama) Revell
1:35 Willy's Jeep Testors
1:72 M4A1 halftrack Hasegawa
1:72 88mm Flak 18 Cannon Hasegawa
1:72 Panzer V Ausf.G Hasegawa
1:72 GMC CCKW-353 Fuel Tanker Hasegawa
1:72 Half Track mounted 7/37mmm Cannon Hasegawa
1:72 M-24 Chaffee Tank Hasegawa
1:72 Sherman Tank w/Infantry Revell

I can almost hear Mal and the rest of the A/c gang screaming 'NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!'
... LOL!!

(Starts hearing voices now....'You are now under our power... Stop masking those canopies and start hitting the dust instead... You will take part in Armor campaigns.... And thou shalt concentrate more on weathering and chiping than applying sludge washes.....")

Waking up from a dream..
BP.
