It looks like it's still there. Look at the gold stripe at the bottom of your post, it might say "Restore Signature Area" Try clicking on it.

Justin, I made the same mistake, but with the information at the top of posts. I think I couldn't 'see' the text to change the mode of the headers- I was expecting to look for a button.

Now the header option does have a button 'less info' instead of the old text, and it is much more obvious- maybe we need the signature hide/show to be a button too?
