for the past few months i have tried looking for this particular item or items...1:48/1:72 scale aircraft oxygen hose to purchase...anyone can help me on this item....please,thank you.

I second that, guitar strings are good for making oxygen hoses. Metal strings can be annealed over a lighter flame to make them easier to bend and better retain their shape.
Similar-looking hoses can also be made by coiling thin metal wire around another piece of wire.

You can make your own easy enough as well. Some wire of proper diameter wrapped with another piece of wire of the appropriate size.
