Is the Italeri Hawkeye a re-boxing of the Kinetic kit or is it a new kit?

Yep it’s a rebox of the kinetic kit with Liberty Bell decals. I have to say it’s a nice kit, built up nice. I just wished I waited (who knew) for the Italeri kit for better decal options.
