Well to be honest lads the way Trumpeter Kits are going in price these days this will seem like a bargain in a couple of months. I bought a 1/48 Su-15 a couple of years ago and even then it was just about reasonable, The 1/48 Vigilante which was well over priced and now the 1/48 Su-24 is just ridiculous, completely over priced. If i was going to buy an expensive model it would definitely be from a company like Fisher, who's aim is produce a unique subject that is beautifully and lovingly crafted for true modelers and who have as much appreciation for a our hobby as we do. We need more soul driven company's like fisher and less money driven company's like Trumpeter. p.s. Hats off to the new Airfix descent models for a decent price.

I saw that Su-24, which as you pointed out is also well beyond my price range. I agree that a product like this unique bird would be preferable by many, but I don't think most of us have that kind of money. That doesn't negate how cool these kits are however
