I wish Mike every success it's nice to see a new business start up, especially model related, in the current climate.
Please Mike make customer service top of your agenda. I know from my own experiences and particularly those of the company that I work for, that this is, possibly, the one thing that keeps customers coming back. My employer, Roundhouse, is going from strength to strength due to quality of product and customer services.

Thanks guys! We aim to do our best!
We are starting off very small as we have no other choice but as we grow we will be able to stock more items. For now though, we can order things in for people and we have access to a wide range of products through our suppliers.
If anyone would like to know more please feel free to PM me as well as post here. Also please check out our ebay items and website. There are further contact details there.
thanks
Mike
