I'm sure many of you know this, but I thought I would share. I finally broke down and bought at a local art supply store, some sky blue foam board. I am now using it as a background to shoot my models against and am much happier with the results. Thought I would share a few photos and just say anyone who hasn't tried this should, it makes a real difference in the presentation of your models. Russell

P.S. Now I just need to find out how to keep dust from accumulating on the finished models! Ha ha

Russell,
Just a suggestion to preserve your nice models. Visit Home Depot or Lowes and pick up some light weight plexi sheets and make your own custom cases. I use standard size picture frames for the bases.

Russell,
Even better yet buy a backdrop that is used for model RR scenic layouts and use that for your model pics, you will really like the results.
