Just finished my 1/48 scale Dragon Ta 152C, this model was built straight from the box. Paints used were Model Master enamels and airbrush used was the Iwata Revolution BR.
I did not want to use the kit markings for one of the Ta 152C prototypes and instead used the EagleCals sheet for the Ta 152C along with some markings from my spares box and marked my model as ''white 3'' W.Nr. 389017 of 9.Staffel III./JG 301.

Always great work, as usual Les. How about the colors used, was it RLM 83 and then some 76 on bottom with what else? I have the Dragon 1/72 scale TA-152H model and am planning on building it soon. Hope it comes out as good as yours. Great job. Russell

P.S. I'm thinking of using the RLM84 color for the bottom of the aircraft with mine, just think it looks good, I know there is some debate as to whether it existed as a color or not.

Thanks Ivanoe6 and Russell!

Russell,
If you are building the 1/72 scale Dragon Ta 152C kit watchout! I built one of those a few years ago and it was far from an easy build and you must dry fit ALL the parts carefully. It looks great in the box but was a bear to build. The 1/48 scale kit was a lot easier to put together.

Colors used on my model was 75/83 on top, 76 undersurfaces. The few Ta 152C's that were built had these colors so I used them on my model too.
The Ta 152H had 82/83 uppersurfaces and 76 undersurfaces.
Both the Ta 152C and Ta 152H used 76 for the lower surfaces but had more of them been built they would have likely have also used the late war sky green color some people call ''RLM84'' like many Fw 190D-9's used.

Another pic of my model...

Thanks very much plastic junkie!

I am doing a quick build of the Tamiya Fw 190F-8 and plan to get it done by years end. For the new year I plan to build two 1/32 scale Hasegawa Fw 190D-9's, after that I might get busy on a Ta 152H kit.

Thanks Nick!

I have another model finished that I will be posting pics of later this week, here is a peek of it seen with my Ta 152C.

I might have one more model that might be finished before the end of this year, the Tamiya Fw 190F-8.

Thank you raf!

Most of my models range from late war Luftwaffe to Luft'46, there are many chances to be creative building these type of models but I still like them to look like they were actually used in combat.
