Excellent review! I'm almost tempted to add this version to my collection as well. I won't suggest to to do a Duo Build this time though...




In fact they did an etched set for the first release along with a set of masks:
- BR.20 Cicogna S.A.
- BR.20 Cicogna Masks

I think chances are high that similar sets will be done for the new kit. But I'm not sure about it.

It's weird - I searched Eduard's site twice and didn't find them! I realise the reason now - their search engine brings up strange results - if you enter "Fiat", it only shows the 1:72 sets for the Italeri BR.20. Enter "BR.20" and you find the quarterscale ones...

I have done the BR20, and oh brothers does it sucks! One of those putty monster stepping out from the carpet monsters jungles. The fit was awful, the undercarriage bays were left to the customer, the Breda MG were a far cry from what they should have been, the engine covers did not want to cooperate giving a hard time to get round.... the BR20M is quite similar apart from the nose, so I only hope they have correct those mistakes to make the "Cigogna" more easy to built, but I have doubts!
