Can anyone help me please??
I am building airfix's 1:48 Seafire and am missing a piece. It is the wheel cover from the left side.



You can see the piece thats missing in the pic above.

I have contacted airfix but they say that the kit is currently out of production and they cannot help. Does anyone have any other ideas where i can get this piece from??

If no part is available, you might have to trace the right one onto styrene sheet of a similar thickness. (I'm pretty sure the right and left are symetrical.) Cut the shape closely with a hobby saw and/or repeatedly scribe with a hobby knife, then finalize the shape with filing or sanding.
