Hello all,
Last week I purchased a couple of items from Luckymodel. The seller regularly shipped the package on 7 Feb and as usual the tracking code was provided.
Generally, all the purchases I made could be tracked 1-2 days afterwards.
This time 1 week has passed and I cannot track my package yet, neither on the HK Post website nor on the Italian Post one, meaning that it still has to arrive in my country.
I posted a message on another forum and got an answer from LM's Raymond Chung, who told that the bad weather conditions in Europe and USA are causing wide delays also in local post operations, so I just think it's all about being a little more patient as there might be huge stocks of mail yet to be despatched at HK.
Is anybody experiencing the same issue (also with other Asian retailers)?
