I have had issues with laquers and enamels. I wonder now if Mr. Super Clear is a lacquer. Can't tell the entire label is in Japanese.
I had a Humbrol green grey mix on some Dr.I parts and I hit it with gloss coat and got the tell tale bubbling of the finish. Now to clean it off and assess the damage...

It all sanded off nicely, need to repaint. The Mr Super Clear is a lacquer and I had the classic bubbling up of the enamel as a result. Mr. TopCoat is an Acryllic and I need to find a couple of more cans.
