I wondered if anyone knew anything about the Russian 24V Battery Cart?

I have the Ciro model of this ground equipment and I'm trying to work out uses for it on airfields. The pack only mentions uses with Mig15/17/19 and described as "first used with..."

However the Ciro website shows the equipment on a diorama next to a Mig-21?

Is this a mistake on the photo's part? Does anyone know if these carts were used with Mig-21's or SU-7/17?

Any ideas you might have would be very much welcome. I haven't been able to find anything on the internet on this piece of equipment.
