Shades of Testors Stingbat stealth helicopter? Has anyone else seen this? The tail assembly looks stealthy and unlike any helicopter I'm familiar with. Hopefully I won't disappear bringing this to your attention! Russell

I'm very perplexed as well. It isn't a standard airframe thats for sure.

Be careful Brent, we might both disappear! ha ha. Actually aviation historian Bill Sweetman has been talking about this for awhile now. I think we're okay. Russell

This was sent to me by a former Army aviator, who flew OH-6's and OH-58's in the eighties. He also flew the Mohawk fixed wing bird. Sort of interesting. Take a look. Russell

Some of the other sites have been debating it for a couple days. There is no definitive answer. The drawings out there are all conjecture based on a suspicious tail section that may or my not be real.

I am just curious on the size of it, considering they fit 24 SEALs plus equipment, hard drives and computers, and a body on what they say was 1 other helo... A black hawk has a bit over a ton of weight to carry... By my math, all those seals would have to be 100lbs or less... And, those airframes are not that big to begin with... That design looks cool on the linked site, but if that was really carried out with only 1 surviving helo, it must have had some serious power...
