Well, the Republic P-47N from Italeri is back on the shelf after some work. Several months ago it go knocked off of where it was sitting; yikes!! Lost the drop tanks, lost the main gear doors, the propeller was broken, but the main components were intact.

So, tonight I raided a P-47D and took the main gear doors and actually improved the Italeri kit by getting the broad bladed propeller like the aircraft was supposed to have. The Italeri kit didn't provide it. So here it is. Back together.

The wings don't fit quite as well as I would like but considering what it's been through I'll take it!

Well, I added some drop tanks, for looks! Hope you like it. Russell
