Hi Folks
Just got this kit yesterday.
It's nose has two additional gun holes on the bottom.
Maybe these gun holes for A-5a type, but not sure for that.
Do you have any reference drawing of A-5a?

It may be that Trumpeter will do that variant too. I know they have a number of variants planned.

thanks

I found a small drawing of A-5a

So this A-1a/U3 kit can be made to 3 variants.
1. A-1a/U3 , no MK108 installed
2. A-1a/U3 , one MK108 installed
3. A-5a ,two MK108 installed

Very interesting!

Hi Willy,

What is your opinion of this kit? I've never seen any sprue of this Me 262 family, so drop a line on this matter if you please.
Also this version, and all sub-variants you've mention, seem really appealing to build!

Thanks in advanced,

Cheers

Hi Pedro
First look is good for me. I will do dry-assembled in this weekend.
You can see the detail parts of this kit in the link as below.

But have to do some research to make sure the weapon configration
before you paint and apply decals(do not always follow the guide)

Someone on this board has finished hobbyboss
1/48 Me262 A-1a/u4, also looks pretty good.

An armed U3 photo I found
