Well, as usual, I can't get the photos here. They are posted in the Gallery here though. This kit is the Tamiya F-4E with decals from the Revell Germany 1/32 Wild Horse kit. The Tamiya kit provided the best platform to build and the decals were great. Thank you Revell for having at least one good set out there. The Wild Horse was an anniversary paint job on one of their Phantoms. The actual layout varies alittle from mine. I hate working with gloss paints, I would much rather do my dirty Navy and Marine Corp aircraft. It was fun though , but now I get back to the real deal. Hope you enjoy the change from dull grey. Mav

Forgot the important stuff. The paints were all Testors. French Blue, Gloss White and Italian Red. Guess I covered it being a European with those colors LOL.

That's a fnatstic high-gloss finish. Almost looks like a car.
Aside from the fantastic job on the bright colors, I also really like the subtle job on the AB cans, looks impressive.

ITALIAN RED?? WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!!!??? IT OBVIOUSLY HAS TO BE BLOOD RED!! great plane! If I may say one thing, the front gear seems to be a little bent, but it doesn't detract from such a beautiful plane, good one,you have a winner!

Turtle, she's not going on a base. It was more of a time killing project just to see how it came out. I have another Academy 1/32 Hornet to start.on next. Well, that was until I heard about the Helo Build. But my winter months are going to be for the Hornet, and maybe an Abrams. Thanks everyone for the kind words, and comments.
