I find myself needing P51D radio/battery details clarified and was hoping someone had photos, drawings or tech illustrations showing these details either installed or not. If so, please shoot some my way and I would greatly appreciate it ...

Hello Mike,
Check over at Hyperscale plane talking - someone posted the diagrams you are after in the last few days in a discussion about the new Tamiya kit. Same pics are reproduced in the Mushroom models publication on the p-51 - well worth having.
