Hello Friends:

Im show you my latest work, that still is not finished:the DORNIER 335 of the luftwaffe.

As you know, this airplane not flown operationally, because it was in his proofs ,and it had a lot of troubles of vibration,an phenomenom very dangerous to fly any airplane ,specially whit two engines,in both high or low speeds.

Ironically, it was conceptuaded to be an a heavy fighter of long range, but the reality it was beyond for the proyect: the Luftwaffe nazi had no moore high octane gas, neccesary for the airplane ,in 1944 the luft in a great percent, just fly by sinthetic gas.and in that year, the major part of the airplanes bomber are drawn of the plants of construction.impossible to feed it.

For that reason,it born the concept to make the airplane for nightfighter in short range, and for make it, was neccessary quit the gas depot behind the Pilot, to build a second post for an operator for radar .that cut it the original propose.

So ,the plane cant be heavy fighter, or interceptor;the war already was finnish.

However, served in it time for Goebbels propaganda, and as ilutions ,for the line of " philosophy of inexistence" as well called "what if".

Any way, it is a Beauty Airplane, and it is an oldie-goldie revell model.
The model, it is presented as "straight of the box".

Any comments or observations are wellcome, and thanks for see it:

Here whit some decals......

After load moore photos ..........gracias por ver y SALUDOS FROM MEXICO!!

Lovely finish on your aircraft, you actually built the trainer version. I have built 4 of the Monogram kits and used the paragon conversions to make the heavy fighter, high altitude, and night and standard day fighter. Look forward to your next project.

TREVOR:

Thank you very much for your comments. let me said one thing:

!I LOVE CANADA!

The model that im show you, is the old model "REVELL" in a 1/72 scale.

And you right;that is a Dornier trainer.

You know? the airplane still was in its proofs, and Goering order that the pulling engine, (cilindric engine) were changed for a turbine reactor.

The war was close to finnish fortunately, this plane was conceived for answer to the P-51....at last the concept was a failure...like others hitlers projects.

CHEERS, and thank you again .

SALUDOS!!
