Here are my two 1/144 scale carrier deck vehicles that will be featured in my F-14 launch diorama http://aeroscale.kitmaker.net/forums/179906&page=1 . Both are Dragon offerings. The fire vehicle had great molded on detail so aside from .016" brass wire for hoses at the front and a couple bits of styrene it was built as is. I did add a couple extra decals though. The tow tractor was not very detailed so I added details made from .010" styrene shapes, .022" solder and .008" brass wire. This was decaled with an aftermarket decal set. Both vehicles have steering wheels made from cut down N scale (1/160) railroad car brake wheels.
Now on to working on the deck.

Erik, I can't believe the detail you put into your vehicles! I build mainly 1/35 and 1/48 vehicles, and I can't even get that detailed in my builds! Keep up the great work.
