I was wondering, the Mischevious MiG campaign seemed to go over well; would anyone like to do a campaign centered on the Sukhoi design bureau? Pavel would be proud. Ha ha.
It would be open to any Sukhoi aircraft but I would like to focus on jets. I just ordered a Sukhoi 15 from Trumpeter and thought it would be a fun build, something different from my normal WW2 builds. Anyway, it's just a thought, if there isn't any interest that's fine too. Take care out there, keep building. Russell

Russell, I like your thinking and I love the Su-27 and Su-24 families so yes you can count me in. 1/144 preferred but could go with 1/72 in I must, unless I can get up the courage to pick up that 1/48 Fencer and a set of Soviet Naval Aviation decals.

That's great to hear Littorio! I will need help putting this campaign together if we get enough people, I've never really done something like this before. Although I've proposed campaigns before, I've never led one. Thanks all in advance. Russell

You're looking for something like this then?
Too bad I already built it. It's the old MPM vac kit from (mumble) years ago.

А так у всех нас есть особый интерес к Сухого? Давайте сделаем это очень специальная сборка кампании.
У меня есть книга ОКБ Сухого так что если кто имеет какие-либо вопросы по Сухого я постараюсь ответить на них и для вас

Ok, Google translate gives you:
And since we all have a special interest in the Sukhoi? Let's make this a very special assembly of the campaign.
I have a book Sukhoi so if anyone has any questions about the Sukhoi I try to answer them for you
Which is not what I typed! Now I can understand the problem the none English speakers amongst us have. Jessica I notice that Babefish didn't even translate the name Sukhoi (Сухого) which is in there twice.
Basically Lets make this a special campaign and as I have the OKB Sukhoi book if anyone has any questions about any of their aircraft I will try and help with answers.
Так-то лучше обратно на английский

I'd be interested; I like both the SU-22 and the SU-24.

I'm in depending on the starting date (since I'm aiming for the quarterscale Accademy SU27) and the coolness of the ribbon (since I'm a spoiled little brat).

I am in. I have no idea what I will build, but have a SU-24 in my stash, so probably that one.

I have an Su 35 kit in 48 scale laying around, that I can use for this campaign idea

This one seems to have died, anyone still interested?
I'm thinking this year may be my year of 1/48 so if this kicks off I'll change to a Su-30MK unless I pick up the Eduard Su-27

I'm still interested in this campaign, I originally suggested it in fact. I am looking into how to put the campaign together and will soon get back onto this thread. Russell
I have just finished proposing this campaign on the campaign proposal page. Please be patient and I will inform you all as soon as I hear something about approval for this campaign.

I think I'd have fun with this. I have a nice little Superjet 100 that needs an excuse to be built.
