Well, my latest build for you all too look at is here! It is the Airfix 1/144 scale Boeing 737-200 series in Piedmont markings. Piedmont has always been a local favorite here in the southeastern United States and so I thought it would make a good build.
The kit was easy enough to find, the decals I found at a rare airplane collector site on the internet. I painted them with decal preservative to try and ensure that they wouldn't fall apart on me. It helped, still had some problems but there were some extra blue stripes which I used to hide my mistakes!
I lost one of the T's on the tail in Piedmont and tried to make a reasonable representation of a T so that the tail wouldn't read Piedmon! I think it is a so so job but in my defense it is quite hard working in that size regime. I hope you all enjoy looking at it. Russell

If you want to refresh that scheme, Draw Decal offers sheets for the 737-300 and -400 that can be cut down to fit the -200. That way you'll get fresh tail logos and as a bonus, window decals

Thanks Jessica. I may very well use them in the future. It looks like they've got a nice line of commercial aircraft decals. Thank you for making me aware of them. All the best, Russell
