Would anyone be interested in such a thing with a fully detailed Cockpit, Engines, Vac Canopy and landing gear wells? We've been looking around and found that there is no really accurate kit of this aircraft, or have we been looking in the wrong place?

I think that the Revellogram Tigercat is still so available that perhaps you might turn to producing detail parts for it.
Or maybe do both the kit and the detail set?

I kinda figured that the Monogram kit was still around but we're going full detail to include engraved panel lines, cockpit, wheel wells and other variants to include a two-seater. Maybe a major detail set for the monogram kit might be the way to go?

Actually if you could swing it, go both ways. There are some that will build the Monogram kit for nostalgia, while others are looking for a better, more up-to-date, easier to build kit. The Monogram will build only one way out-of-the-box. Figure out how to make more than one sub-type using as many common parts as possible and you'll have a winner on your hands.

It's kind of going that way now to make both and add a two-seater variant. Of course, the 32nd scale one will be built along side these and that's where the headaches will really start!
