I haven't been able to find one yet either, but there was talk a while back of MDC producing one to go with their Typhoon, and I found these WARPIGS MASKS at Sprue Brothers, so I'm assuming that there is something out there. Perhaps it's a resin kit ?

There was a vacform, from a short-lived "company," called "Touchdown." A master modeller, Alan Dent, made a male mould, and had a few extra pulled by a local company. These extras were taken by a nameless person, boxed, and sold, without Alan's knowledge (there was a Sea Fury, as well.) It's doubtful if there were ever more than 10 of each, and Alan has never had any more made.
