I'm curious if the HE119 has even been modelled before. While I'm attempting to build one for rc scale, it seems to me that it might make an attractive 1/48 scale project as well. I realize that it is kind of obscure, so perhaps a kit wouldn't be very viable commericially, but then, there have been other obscure subjects which seemed to have done reasonably well.
I do know that that glazed nose would just cry out, "detail me" quite loud.

I am always in for "exotic" subjects. The only kit I know is Planet Model's resin Heinkel He-119 V4 in 1/72. It seems quite an interesting subject for many modelers, I think.
PS. Yes, there is also an Armodels' vacuform in same scale, I think.

Max.
Hi.
I make one in resin but it is in 1/144 so might be a little small for you!!
However, I do have lots of reference material I found whilst researching it.
Only 6 (maybe confirmed built and 2 bought by Japan and even listed as cargo but no real evidence they were actually loaded let alone arrived!
Anyway, check out my website;
