what personal weapons were carried?were were they placed and wat variant of the gun were they, and also how much ammunition was carried

For Spec Ops guys, each crewman usually carries an M9 or other sidearm in a holster. They will also have either an M4 or MP5 stored between the crew chief seats or up in front with the pilots, usually on the floor or against the bulkhead behind the side armor plate.
Regular Army pilots also wear M9s in holsters. They will also have either an M4 or an M16A2 stored in the same ways as above.
You can see the M4s hung from a webbing above the ammo cans (between the crew chiefs' seats) on an HH-60G below.
