Anigrand have released the Boeing VC-25A The Flying White House in 1/72 scale. Spanning nearly 83 cm [32.6”] and a fuselage length of almost 98 cm [38.5”], not one for the faint hearted with minimal space to display model aircraft,

I hope Anigrand is also doing a -400 series 747 and just got the parts in the pictures mixed up, because the VC-25 has neither an extended upper deck nor winglets. Those engines look like -400 series cowlings as well.

These pictures are good news for those wanting to do a 747-400, but may not be such good news for VC-25 builders.

Aha! Anigrand's website says Additional parts for building the 747-400 model optionally. That gives me confidence that the VC-25 kit will actually build a VC-25!
