What is the difference between the prowler and the intruder?

Basically the Prowler is an electronic warfare aircraft modified from the basic A-6 Intruder airframe

Biggest difference is 4 seat (EA-6B) as opposed to 2 seat (A-6)

If you mean the EA-6A, the 2-seat Intruder variant, the main external difference is the large tail fairing similar to the EA-6B. It also carried ECM pods in place of ordanance.

In the cockpit the nav/electronics officer (don't know the correct term) has a different layout as well. I was trawling for info on the EA-6A cockpit the other day as I am about to start building the Fujimi 1/72 kit. I found one ok shot of the EA-6A 2nd seater's instruments on Flickr. sorry don't have the link.
I also found links to sites that sell digital copies of the NATOPS manual, which I will probably buy as well.
