Does anyone have any spare P-61 tanks?

I trashed my ancient Monogram P-61 before I thought to rob it for spare parts, and of course now I have an F-82 that could really use the underwing tanks. Does anyone have the set of tanks from a Monogram kit that could use a good home?

Jessica I have 6 of these kits to build, and I certainly won't be installing tanks on all of them !! How many do you want ? PM me your postal address and they're on their way.

Jessie, My son threw this kit away years ago. I managed to save the radome and 4 of the tanks.
Yours if you want them. PM me with details.

Postage will be a heap cheaper from your end Mark (in fact you could almost throw them across the border!), so I'll save mine for a more geographically desirable project.

INCOMING!
I dropped it off at the Post Office at lunch time. They say it'll be there by Christmas (just not this Christmas). Good luck with them, I have no Idea why I saved them almost 14 years ago.....

Hmmm, based on Damian's build of the Hobby Craft F-82, sounds like they were more to be shot at than shot with.
I think I kept them at one time because I thought I might build the 1/48 P-61, now I'm focoused almost entirely on 1/72. I did keep a lot of the weapons sprues from the kits my son built and had No patience for hanging stuff under the wings..

What do you mean 'finally'? I've been dragging it around half built ever since it was first issued.

Some documentary evidence is necessary.
Modelcraft's F-82E, wearing an uncounted number of layers of putty and primer, still with a long way to go.
I intend to display it with the HiPM F-51H
And the Tamiya F51D
Of the three, I'm having a surprisingly difficult time with the Tamiya kit because it fits so well. I'm having putty withdrawl or something because I keep thinking "I must be doing something wrong, it's going together so well. Shouldn't something bad be happening right about now?"

Fredrick, looks like Jessie has been on the dark side for quite a while.

Gee, ya think?
(Ooh, bad girl, you haven't been dusting enough! We shall have Words later.)
I only started doing airliners in the mid '90s when I got a little tired of doing bangity things all the time.

Impressive collection. I remember building a few of them. Only have about 10 built kits at the moment. The rest are long gone (but plenty of replacements in the stash now).
BTW, did the tanks ever arrive?

Oh yes, I forgot to post that. They arrived safely last week and are now awaiting the time they can be hung under the F-82...
