A lot of modelers consider displaying their model aircraft on some sort of a base, but few of us get round to producing one. Eduard have provided aircraft modelers with a injected plastic base in 1/72 with surface detail representing PSP [Pierced Steel Planking] a common site on forward airfields during WWII, Korea and Vietnam.

I picked up a couple of sheets in 1/48 scale by Eduard a couple of years back which I have grand plans for, I just need to get my modeling skills to match my planning ability
