This was going to be a speedy build.
I grabbed one of the Trumpy J-11's and have the ICM missiles/pylons, plus some old DML air-air, plus a full set of Begemot stencils
also in the stash are some cruddy old Zvezda Su-'s , the Hase kit (unstarted)and the big old Trumpy su-27 for paint/color references
so quick is out...
Looking at the Begemot instructions, the launchers for the wingtip pylons are light blue, I'm using Akan for that.
But the lower portions of the APU 470's, APU 73's, and the APU 170 are listed as a lt grey FS 26270, the online paint chart and the paint app say interior haze grey, but offer no matches in paint lines I use.
I've got a bunch of Tamiya, Vallejo (non-air), some Gunze and a little Akan kicking around the benchtop.
Your thoughts on the best match?
Thanks
Mike

Thanks for the quick reply
I don't do much a/c and totally forgot about about the whole FS26270 vs 36270 thing and when I searched that I found the matches already in my paint locker...
doh!
Thanks again,
Mike
