What's the best way to cut a canopy? There is no aftermarket version. Its a 1/72 zero made by airfix. Razor saw? Will it stand up or crack? someone said stuff it full of blue tac to stop it flexing??

If it's reasonably thin and the cut line is straight across you could use a brand new exacto blade and repeatedly score across the cut. That way you don't end up putting too much pressure on it at any one time.
The other thing you might try is plunge moulding a replacement canopy and then cutting that.

Hi Kevin
I usually use a razor saw on an injected canopy - the thinner, the better (they're not all alike), and with as teeth as fine as possible. Stuffing with Blu-Tak, Plasticine, or similar, helps support the canopy and preclude cracking.
Something like Dymo tape along the cut line is also a handy tactic to ensure a clean, straight slice.
All the best

Could these ideas be used on a 1/144 scale canopy?
