This model was built and finished as a derelict aircraft that has been exposed to the elements for an extended period of time and has badly faded paint, usually I don't like to add too much weathering to my models but I went as far as I could on this one.

Hi Les-
As mentioned on the Wurger campaign thread, that's some great weathering and very appropriate for the conditions depicted. Also some spectacular photography. Without context, some of those photos would make one do a double-take to check if they were real.

I will probably make a new groundbase to pose this model on, I don't like how the wing that touches the ground looks like it is weightless, it should be sunk in the ground at least a little bit.
