baught a cheap airfix gift set with the intention of seeing just what was possible in a short time and only being allowed the most basic items , basicaly what i would realisticaly have if in a non modelling family and got a gift set as a present
the set was £6.99 from my local shop additions ( bear in mind i'm only allowing items from a non modellers house )were
1x medium/smooth grit sandpaper
1x short piece of masking tape barring that no other additional items were used appart from scissors and tissue wich to be fair is a given that every house has automaticly
to be fair in summary a quite good and quite pleasurable build can be achieved and with colour mixing a fair representation of flesh as well as other colours can be achieved
all in all these sets are a very good and very cheap introduction and can be built to a very satisfactory result with practicaly no other items to be purchased !!
