Our first Junior Modeller's Showcase features the talents of Nick Zourbakis, who brings us his 1/48 Revellogram Fortress III in the markings of the RAF's Coastal Command.
Nick did quite a lot of work inside this old kit to spruce it up and add detail.

Nick
Excellent job. Good looking B-17. One big tip I can give you right now is try thinning your paint a little. Thinned paint flows a little better. It is all skill you will learn as you progress. You are off to a great start, keep up the good work, and don't be afraid to ask some of us "old-timers" a question or two.
Thanks for sharing.

I'm really scared Nick ! Such dedication, patience and attention to detail at your age, and you will only get better with experience. I can't wait to see what beauties you will show us in the future.
Excellent work young man, you should be very proud.
Cheers, D

Thank you very much

@Mr.Kevin: I have thinned the color properly

. The problem is because of the primer spray! I sprayed a thicker than it needed layer of primer
Thank you again

This model is so good that it makes me question whether we really need a special showcase for younger modellers "who ordinarily do not get to stand alongside their elder peers".

No, really, I wish I had these skills when I was 16
