what colors should i mix to get dark sea blue used on US navy planes of ww2?

Theses colors aren available to me they don sell model stuff here i get it from abroad. i have basic colors in humbrol enamel so any idea wat i would need to mix?

Add drops of black to navy blue until it looks good. Remember that even though it was tough and glossy, the paint would still fade due to the effects of salt spray and sunlight. Unless you're intending to show a factory-fresh aircraft, the colour would never be an exact match for the specification. Err on the light side and then tell the colour police that it's faded. Dare them to prove you wrong
