Hi - making the Airfix 1:48 Spitfire MkVa - the Douglas Bader one and need some advice on the camo colours.

Brown - I have Vallejo Model Air Dark Earth and Tamiya XF52 Flat Earth and Humbrol Acrylic 30?
Green - I have Vallejo Model Air US Dark Green (definately not right I think) and Tamiya XF 81 and XF27 and Humbrol Acrylic 29 & 118?

Guidance would be appreciated!

IPMS Stockholm maintains colour charts that will solve your problem.
Part 1 lists the colour systems used by major countries and Part 2 cross-references a number of the most popular model paint brands. Between the two of them you'll find the paints you want.
