Continuing with their Douglas airliner / transport series Roden brings us their 1:144 version of the DC-124A Globemaster II.

thanks for the thoughtful review. I always loved the C-124's, and I'm glad to see this offering.

I will however beg a small exception to your imformation: You said
"In kit form this is the only one available at this time. There was the Combat Models 1/72nd kit and the Welsh Models 1/144th model. Both seem to be OOP. I have seen a scratchbuilt DC-124A in 1:48. . .Wow! "

Welsh models is currently offering a 1:144 C-124 kit, and Anigrand makes a very fine C-124 kit in cast resin in both 1:144 and 1:72.
