Here are couple shot of how I spent my Sunday morning. I am building a 1/48 Hasegawa Typhoon, and used both the kit supplied parts with some of the CMK update set. The wires are fine jewelry wire, and brass rod.

Very coincidental...

I spent my Sunday morning and the rest of the day decaling... my 1/48th Hasegawa Typhoon.
