Does anyone know the specifics of Cunningham's Beaufighter and Mosquito? I believe the Beaufighter was painted gloss black and only carried the a/c code "R" in red. I need to confirm this, and I need to find out the serial number.
I know nothing about the Mosquito other than it had a bulbous nose and carried only 4 20mm cannon. Was it also black? Did have any squadron-a/c markings? Serial number?
I've tried the internet, but the results have been less than satisfactory.

wings pallette has three profiles for capt Cunningham. at least they all agree on the serial (R2101). supposedly these are from Dec. 1940:
