These are the finished models, there are three vacforms in 1/144 scale and one 1/72nd resin kit
This the Welsh Models Vacform Handley Page Hastings in 1/144 scale

This is the Welsh Models ATR-42 vacform in 1/144 scale and in Air Wales livery

This is the Welsh Models Vacform of the Short SH330 in Air UK livery, this is 1/144 scale once again

This model is the Magna Models Short Seamew, it is 1/72 scale and a resin kit. There were no decals supplied so they were either made or from my spares, the model has been weathered slightly with pastels.

Those are beautiful peices! Very nice! The Short Seamew you did looks like you preshaded before you painted the main colors. Did you? Or did you get that effect with pastels only? And if so how did you do it? It looks great!!!!

The model was pre-shaded but after painting the effect did not look good enough so I used dark grey pastels and using a small brush put it into the panel lines, I then brushed it off with a large make up brush which leaves the effect you see

Looks very cool! I like the effect! I will have to give that technique a try. I really like how the panel lines pop.
