Just throwing this idea out that i've been mulling around for some time now, how about a 'rescue me' campaign?
Basically the campaign will be for any aircraft used in the rescue or humanitarian role. just some examples would be:
HH-60J Jayhawk
Seaking / SH-3H
C-130 Hercules (maybe in UN markings)
AN-12
Fire fighting planes
Air Ambulances (maybe including police helicopters)
Coast Guard aircraft?
My thoughts are to see some brightly coloured aircraft rather than the usual grey and camo aircraft, but I realise that some military aircraft are used in these roles nowadays with out being repainted so these will be allowed as long as they are backed up with a picture of the aircraft in the role.
I'll leave the rules open to more scope so any other suggestions would be welcomed.

Let's see, I have a Buffalo, an Albatross, and a Be-12P all in 1/144. In 1/72 I have a Labrador, Cormorant, H-21, Albatross, Dakota and in 1/48 I've got a Labrador and H-21. I think that just maybe I might have a kit for this campaign...

Somehow I just knew you'd have something in the stash for this Jessie
If it get enough interest I'd probably be building either this with some etch and scratch built interior goodies
or this Hasegawa 1/48 Sikorsky SH-3H Sea King with some flightpath etch goodies

If the campaign goes ahead you'll even get this cool ribbon to adorn you profile page*
*unless a better one is designed and used

the campaign sign up page says this campaign starts and ends in 2012 - shouldn't that be 2013?
Posted: Monday, November 26, 2012 - 08:43 AM UTC

Yes but the only caveat is if the plane or helo are in military markings a picture of the aircraft performing the rescue or humanitarian act must accompany the build Like Jonathon's picture or Jakob's idea of a HKP 10Is possible to make any CSAR helicopter?
