Hello, i have by the decal set from authentic decals for the 1:72 Herc.

Does anybody have informations for the Herc Nr. 1, 3, 4 and 6? Especially for the Herc Nr. 4 with the Shark mouth, authentic decals writen only Air Force to this Hercules.

Are they in Air Force Reserve Command, National Guard or maybe Air Force Special Operation Command? And are this shark mouth Hercules in any Missions?

Hope you can help me

We'd need to know the aircrafts' serial numbers and unit information as given on the decal sheet. The picture is too small to read. Once we have those, some research may be done to see what information is available.

I've worked on a/c 811 for the Oklahoma Air Guard for many years and the aircraft that is pictured is completely wrong. We had H-2 versions with had APU's not GTC's and the external air conditioner, not the streamline pictured. I know that the problem is that there is no accurate H model Herc out there (I wish there was). It will be nice to have the decals if we ever get a good kit avalible.

Hi Troy, yep that i thought.

'We had H-2 versions with had APU's not GTC's and the external air conditioner, not the streamline pictured.'

What are H-2 Versions and where are this APU's or GTC's positioned, do you have maybe pictures?

Are something on this decalsheet right?

The two National Guard Herc's are not so important, but the other 4.

Herc #4 is from the 71st rescue squadron at moody AFB GA. It is painted that way because they belonged to AFSOC for a few years. They now belong to ACC. The shark teeth carry over from when the 71st was part of the 23rd fw. Yes believe it or not the mighty c-130 part the the flying tigers..
