Hello All!

I am currently working on this kit:

I am wondering if the kit color call-outs for the wing are correct. The kit states that both the upper and lower wings should be olive green. I'm thinking that the upper should be Fokker Olive streaking and the lower should be light blue. Does anyone know if the kit is right, or is my assumption accurate?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Here is a bit of fun on the subject.

Review

My impression of the current research on the factory applied Fokker E.V / D.VIII uppersurface camouflage

Here is the undersurface camouflage.

So, I'm apparently WAY off!

I guess this means that there's a chance that this plane didn't even exist. That's a bummer. I think I'll go with the latest on the streaking. Thanks so much for the info!

Justen

I just recently finished an Eduard E.V aicraft and had questions about the wing colors too. Stephen's link is very helpful and clears out any concerns. I mixed my own colors from craft acrylics and drybrushed them on to get the streaking effect. You can see my E.V in this month's DOM contest.
