I have searched some pics about the Dessert AV-8 but I don't know how I'll replicate it. I think it's camo color is Buff and Light Sand or Desert Yellow? Am I right? What colors should I use?

Shonen:
As much as I can remember the Harrier didn't wear the Desert Scheme Camo Pattern. They were either the standard Camo. or the Two Tone Gray scheme.
I could be wrong about this and if there is a pic of one out there with this scheme It would be an outstaning loking bird.
I am currently doing my Ah-1W for the WOW Campaign in the desert schem and by the pics the closest colors I could find were the Model Master colors of:
Dark Tan (FS30219)
Military Brown (30117)
Hope this Helps:
Paul

Is military brown close to flat brown? Or do I need to mix a few colors?

Shonen,
If I remember correctly DML came out years ago with a 1:144 AV-8B in desert (partly, splotches of tan were oversprayed on the basic green and gray) scheme. Am not sure about the FS numbers of that though. You might wanna check that out.

Shonen:
MM military brown seems to be a shade darker than the regular flat brown., but I was using a pic as a referance and not the painting instuctions the kit provided.
Here is the pic I used it not the best but it was the only one I could find.
Hope this helps
