What a wonderful option for us. really opens up things for those to scared or feel the task of crreating spoked wheels to difficult.
They look so much better than the PE option and look very proffesional in the execution of the spoking itself.
I wish them every success.

Wow! Just yesterday I was looking at PE spoked wheels and thought how they lack realism. Can't wait! Will Aeroscale have these on review?

I also wish these every success, as the wheels are quite lovely. 1/144 by special order??!!! They must have an electron microscope to build those.
To prevent being called an 'expert', screw something up good every now and again.

I've also noticed the colour of the tyres - satin black. I know it could be an old topic, but where those really black? Or lighter shade of grey?

It depends on the amount of carbon black used by which manufacturer. German aircraft typically had less than the British.

Well now it seems the deal is real. We will get some of the new spoked wheels. Lets help them out and tell them what we think will be popular subjects. I mentioned the:
Fokker Dr.I 1/48 and 1/32
Fokker D.VII 1/48 and 1/32
SE 5a 1/48 and 1/32
Nieuport 17-28 1/48 and 1/32.
Now the Nieuport 28 has a very unique set of spokes. they are cris-crossed with one in the center. The next question they asked was, ". . .would people like 1:72? . . ." I responded it would depend on the cost of the wheels.
