Just wondering what you guys have to say about these kits. Thinking about getting their new Mk XVIII before they are all gone, but not really sure about how these kits are, so I would like some input for you guys. I'm guessing that there are no other options then this kit and the old Airfix to build a XVIII?

They're very nice kits which go together nicely, with the exception of the two piece canopy which leaves an ugly big seam line right through the top transparency. If you use an aftermarket canopy then all will be well.

I haven't this kit but I build the Mk VI fighter version
The Mk XVIII is the same kit with the specific part for anti air ship gun

It is a nice kit with no problem to build it.
The interior is basic but with the canopy, it can't see any more thing.
Some details is missing on the landing gear

The tamiya kit is superior with a better interior and a landing gear more detailled

This is my Hasegawa Mosquito FB Mk VI. It is not far different from the Mk XVIII version
